We want you to be satisfied with your order. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
It must have original packaging and tags
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions.

Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.

If you want to exchange an item, first return it. After the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Once your return is received and approved:

You’ll get your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days
